A member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, Dan is an automotive industry expert who has lent his expertise to others by writing for magazines such as Underhood Service and Counterman magazine, as well as having performed technical training for many companies, from auto dealerships right on up through to the national parts chain stores. He has worked in the engineering labs of automotive parts manufacturers designing parts and test equipment, provided tech support for mechanics and automotive technicians world-wide, and has written hundreds of technical articles and Technical Service Bulletins regarding electronic diagnosis, engine and chassis tuning, and driveability repair issues. To help share his passion for speed and performance with other automotive enthusiasts, Dan opened Masport Speed Shop. We're here to share our passion and knowledge with you.
