SHIPPING: We use FedEx for all shipments unless noted/stated otherwise. We are located minutes from the main FedEx hub in Boca Raton, Florida. We have special pricing with FedEx and we pass those saving along to you, our beloved customer, as a courtesy. PRODUCT BACKORDER POLICY: You will be notified by email only if your order cannot be filled within 48-72 hours due to a product backorder. Should a product be backordered, we may offer you a comparable product in a comparable manufacturer’s line. ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE CHARGED A 5% CANCELLATION FEE, INCLUDING CANCELLED ORDERS WHERE THE ORDERED PRODUCT IS BACKORDERED. CANCELLED SPECIAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% CANCELLATION FEE.
CANCELLATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations/ Cancelled Orders:
1. ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH EMBEX GROUP, LLC/MASPORT SPEED SHOP, ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% CANCELLATION FEE. CANCELLED SPECIAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% CANCELLATION FEE.
2. Shipping and freight charges WILL NOT be reimbursed if you cancel an order and refuse shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING TO EMBEX GROUP, LLC/MASPORT SPEED SHOP. We are not responsible for damage caused during freight/shipping and cannot accept returns of such products. Exchanges CANNOT be made without prior authorization and are subject to the following conditions:
1. NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
2. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a copy of the email sent providing the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
3. Any packages returned to Embex Group, LLC/Masport Speed Shop for exchange must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number marked clearly in the same area of the package as the ship-to address, otherwise shipment will be refused. To obtain an RGA number, email a request for an RGA number to info@masportspeedshop.com and be sure to INCLUDE THE REASON FOR THE RETURN in the email request.
4. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, uninstalled, in the original packaging. Any merchandise missing packaging, parts, installation hardware, accessories, manuals or literature, or being incomplete or “used” in any way will be refused and the exchange or return denied.
5. If you are sending return merchandise to Masport Speed Shop, SHIPMENTS MUST BE SENT PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. EMBEX GROUP, LLC/MASPORT SPEED SHOP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. It is in your best interest to send return merchandise by UPS or FedEx to allow tracking of shipped packages.
6. Shipping and freight charges will only be reimbursed if the wrong part was shipped in error. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to order the right part for their application or intended use. Shipping and freight WILL NOT be reimbursed for incorrect part(s) ordered by customer or for cancelled orders. All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation charge. Cancelled special orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS: Exchanges and returns are processed on a weekly basis. It may take several days after receiving a return for a credit to be applied to your account. Please email info@masportspeedshop.com if the credit does not appear on your account statement dated the following month after the return was shipped.
CLAIMS: In the case of all shipped merchandise, title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery to common carrier. Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damage, shortage or loss should be made with the carrier immediately. INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS FOR DAMAGE, SHORTAGE OR LOSS AT TIME OF DELIVERY BY CARRIER.
WARRANTY: All products and merchandise sold by Embex Group, LLC/Masport Speed Shop are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and defects in materials and workmanship by the respective manufacturers. Warranty replacement of parts is limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. Product warranty may be void if parts installed incorrectly. All custom tune software is the sole property of Embex Group, LLC/Masport Speed Shop and is covered by United States copyright, trademark and patent law and international treaties. You may only use the custom tune software for your own personal use in a non-commercial vehicle, in one vehicle only, upon acceptance of these terms and may not use the software for the purpose of reverse engineering the software or creating your own custom tune. No license to copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute or resell any of the software is given or implied. All custom tune software is strictly for off-road use only and may not be used upon public highways. Custom tune software is sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
